At the factory, our meats are stored in large cold rooms whose temperatures are controlled 24 hours a hour (the system is secured by its connection to an alarm system). We even provide the delivery service, thus ensuring the total respect of the cold chain of our factory to your home.

How do you make the Freshness meat?
We master all the levels of our process. This allows us to control the origin of our meats, the date of production and the condition of our stock. Our proper management of the turnover of our products and our high volume assure us the freshness of our meats.
In what packaging are the meats delivered?
All our meats are fresh and packed in vacuum. They are in the form of complete pieces of meat that you can cut at your leisure to make steaks, cubes, etc. You can cook them fresh or freeze them for later. In this form, the unit cost will be much cheaper than the unit purchase. Please note that we also offer optional steak or cube cutting service before vacuuming.
